We currently use it for contract signatures, W-9 forms, board meeting minutes which are signed by our board president, MOUs, agreements, and amendments. We also use it for staff to sign acknowledgments of policy and procedures. We honestly use it for anything that requires our clients to sign or if something external needs to be signed by our internal staff now that we work in a hybrid environment.

I used Dropbox sign to have my clients and recruited candidates to sign official documents and agreements.

I have used many signing services, and hello sign is by far the easiest to use and most reliable. I love that it auto-detects fields from a PDF as this greatly saves time in sending standard IRS, SBA, or our own documents as we only have to add a signature field and don't have to add every single field like we have had to do with other signing services. Also, our clients constantly report that they find it very easy to sign in on their phones.

I use Dropbox Sign to have new clients sign a contract. It means they don't have to print and scan or use a PDF editor.

Dropbox Sign allows me to get documents to our staff and potential candidates quickly and without issue. It is simple to use and has minimal difficulty even for those not electronically savvy. It has cut down time to get items completed and is nice to be able to send reminders.

We use it for signing all types of agreements, whether for sealing a partnership or getting a client on board. We are trying to automate the process so partners can request and fill in these agreements directly from our partner page or from our app interface. Currently, it's more of a manual process.

We use Dropbox sign to sign artists, work for hire, royalty agreements, etc. As a record label, this has solved the problem of easily and painlessly signing artists, Musicians, and vocalists remotely. Only a small part of the music industry still uses a studio location, and most records are made 100% remotely and usually spanning several countries. The integration with dropbox is important as we handle a massive amount of large files on a daily basis. We would not function without a digital signing capability.

We use it to secure contracts for photography. The ability to have templates serves us well because we don't have to fill out everyone every time. I also like the convenience of signing documents wherever you are without having to have an appointment with someone or travel to or from another location. I like that the system automatically sends daily reminders to those who haven't signed up yet.

My team and I use Dropbox Sign to complete and send various documents related to the purchase, ownership, and sale of real estate and other ancillary services. We need to fill out forms and sign documents very quickly, and having the sign feature built-in/integrated into Dropbox has been helpful.

We use Dropbox Sign to manage offer letters and other agreements as part of the new hire onboarding process. These are loaded into Dropbox Sign as templates so that I can issue the same agreement easily each time.

We use Dropbox Sign to send out customer contracts, and it's very easy to track and get notified when a customer signs them. It's easy to track which customers have not signed and also easy to amend and edit the contracts. It's been very efficient and easy to use Dropbox Sign.

Dropbox Sign has been pivotal in our work-from-home implementation as a legal document signing agent. It allows our case managers to send documents to families to sign and return within less than a minute. The response from families is that this is one of the easiest ways they have ever been asked to sign and return forms.

I started to use HelloSign last year during the lockdown period because there was no chance to move and meet people. I used HelloSign until we were able to come back office. Now we are signing documents manually again, but we are thinking of moving this process to the electronic way. We are evaluating this with our Legal department.

HelloSign is being used across our organization and addresses signing online for many of our partners and customers. We find this product fulfills our need for online signatures from customers and partners alike. We use this for sales quotes, orders, etc. It is a great alternative and a lot better pricing than the other products out there that solve this problem.

We use HelloSign as our main document signing tool in our business. Our primary use is for contracts with our clients or with independent contractors. We often work with clients out of state or out of the country and signing using traditional printed contracts would be very difficult. Even if a client is located near our office it is much more convenient for our records to use digital signatures. We are even able to use automation progress to automatically store copies for our records in the correct place every time. Our clients work in many different industries and aren't always comfortable with new technology. HelloSign is very intuitive and easy for our less technical clients to use.

This software has proven to be the most convenient tool for making e-signatures easily. We are now able to make signatures through our mobile phones which means we don’t need to be present in the office all the time.

HelloSign is my go-to service for getting e-signatures on project contracts. As a freelancer, I need a e-signing solution that's easy for me to set up (uploading PDF contracts/proposals and designating the signature and date area), keeps me informed (lets me know when the document has been viewed, and then again once it's signed), and is easy for my clients to use (they're emailed a link which they can click on desktop or mobile to sign).
